Get ready for 16.1 with this short and to the point routine designed specifically to get you ready to attack the first open workout. We have packed in everything that you need for those Overhead Lunges, Pull Ups, and Burpees with a focus on your shoulders, hips, and quads. Do your ROMWOD and then go get after it!
Lets get those hips, quads, ankles, and hams ready for 16.2 with this special routine brought to you by Caffeine and Kilos. Dave Castro gave us T2B, double unders, and heavy squat cleans, so we are giving you all the stretches you need to get your lower body ready to rock. With 16.3 we find ourselves in the dead center of the open. Week one and two are history, and with this one we move from the start to the finish. Make 16.3 the transition you need to go from "great start" to "strong finish." No matter where you find yourself sitting on the leaderboard, you still have the opportunity to do epic things!
